	How long does it take?
	The entire process generally takes 1 to 4 weeks. We can fund the transaction within 24 hours of receiving all the information.
	How much does it cost?
	Nothing. The number quoted to you is a net number provided all the information you have given is correct. Capital Concepts pays all "normal" closing costs. If you wish to seek outside advice (i.e. attorney, CPA, etc.) we encourage you to do so but you will be responsible for those fees.
	Does this impact the terms of the agreement or the purchaser?
	Absolutely not. All terms and conditions of the contract/mortgage remain enforced. The only change is where the payment goes.
